Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During peak periods (holidays, promotions, or product launches), processing times may be extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package size. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.


International Shipping

At this time, shop.foxtailcoffee.com does not offer international shipping unless otherwise noted. Any future changes will be reflected on this page.


Coffee & Perishable Items

To ensure freshness, coffee orders are fulfilled promptly after processing. While we do our best to minimize transit time, Foxtail Coffee Co. is not responsible for quality issues caused by shipping delays outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or appears delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@foxtailcoffee.com.

Foxtail Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
