When will my subscription ship?
Your order will ship within two business days after your purchase. After your first purchase, it will ship based on the frequency you selected.
How do I change my subscription?
In your account, select the "subscriptions" tab and locate the subscription you want to change, select "edit".
What comes in the Roaster's Select?
The Roaster's Select changes each month to different bean from around the world. The origin is a mystery until delivered to your door.
How do I update my address?
In the account portal, choose 'Subscriptions' and select the one you want to change. Scroll down to 'Shipping Address' and choose 'Edit Shipping Address'. To change the billing address, select 'Account' and then 'Manage Address'.
