staff at two separate location need to be better ambassadors for the business . I had issues at the Orlando location off of orange who when I asked from my car, if they had any specials, the person at the other end of the speaker told me she was not going to tell me the barristas recommendations that I had to come in the store to read it for myself. I guess as a customer I meant nothing to her she could not waste her breathe. then a tip appeared on the receipt. I called over the manager and she took the tip off. that wasn't the point. It was the bad experience. I tried to explain how I was treated and she didnot even apologize and just told me there was an advertising board near the menu outside obviously she the manager missed the point of the rudeness of her staff. the second place I went in Melbourne I tried downloading the app and was having problems and the young lady instead of helping me told me it was no big deal I just wouldn't receive the texts and specials but
I could still order. I said that's would have me missing all the good stuff you have to offer at Foxtaill over another coffee house so it's important. Staff needs to be trianed better or I will go to another coffee house .
