There were five or six girls standing behind the counter when we placed our order. Only one had a smile on her face. She took my order, but then she forgot my order and I had repeat some items. We were sitting in the outside area, but no one informed us when our coffee was ready, nor did they bring it to us, even though they had nothing else going on. My French press was lukewarm. The girl said that the water is supposed to come out at 200°. I told her that it definitely was not 200° and so she reluctantly remade my French press. She was the lead team member that day. She needs to smile. The coffee was good for all of us, but the service was not good. The prices are extremely high. The staff is not trained well and they are not friendly. Cute place though.
