Recently purchased several bags of the most amazing, bold, flavorful coffee blend - midnight oil. Had a small issue with a bad that had opened in transit, but the customer support team made things right, no questions asked. They shipped a new bag asap! Will always return for a great product, but knowing that the customer support is also unmatched, makes my loyalty that much stronger!

Although we ran into a few hiccups with a lost package but James was able to straighten everything out.
