This farm came into his family in the 1990’s and they grow a small variety of heirloom coffees. Natural processing in Honduras is relatively new to the market and Roger is now producing them for their increased popularity, acidity, and unique flavor profiles.

This microlot by Moses Venapo comes from Riverside Mill in the Eastern Highlands. Moses keeps full control of these lots using his own wet mill to carefully oversee the coffee processing. This is a new and small project by Moses and is a very promising venture, based on the attention to detail providing a high quality cup.
